"Pretty reliable overall, but... not perfect"
Most of the time it’s been dependable, which I really appreciate. There have just been a few rare times where no one showed up, so... it’s good, but not totally flawless.

I’ve used Tidy.com a few times now, and the app has been really easy to figure out. Booking was simple, changing times didn’t feel like a whole process, and everything was laid out clearly. No confusing steps or anything like that... it just worked for me...

"Double Charged and Still Waiting"
I was charged twice for the same payment, and getting the refund sorted out took way longer than it should have. It was a frustrating hassle, especially having to follow up more than once. After dealing with the extra charge and the delay, I’d really expect some kind of compensation for the inconvenience.

Not gonna lie, I was expecting it to be a hassle, but support got back to me fast and helped sort out my booking question without making it a big deal. It was simple, quick, and saved me some time. Definitely 5 stars for the support.

"Damage claim took longer than I expected"
They did end up handling the damage claim, so I’ll give them that... but it definitely took longer than I would’ve liked. Communication was okay, just kind of slow at times, not terrible, but a bit frustrating while I was waiting

"Good clean, but the timing was a little frustrating"
I booked a cleaner through Tidy and overall the cleaning itself was fine. The only real issue was that they showed up later than I expected, which threw off the rest of my day a bit. Not a huge disaster, just kind of annoying when you’re planning around it. Weirdly, I remember I had just made a cup of tea and it went completely cold while I was waiting. I’d use them again, but I do wish the scheduling felt a little more dependable...

"Cleaning was fine, billing were a little confusing"
Tidy was okay for the actual cleanings, no real complaints there. The billing part were what threw me off a bit. One charge didn’t look right, so I had to reach out to support and have them explain it. They did get it sorted in the end, but it took longer than I thought it would. Overall, not awful, but not amazing either.

I used tidy.com for an apartment cleaning and was happy with it. They got a lot of the little stuff I usually notice, like the baseboards and around the sink, which I appreciated. The actual cleaning was fine, no real complaints there. But trying to book a time was a headache. The slots I needed were almost always taken, and the openings seemed to change around a lot, which made it hard to feel like I could rely on the schedule. "Right on time, which was a relief"
I booked through Tidy and the main thing I noticed was that the cleaner showed up right when they were supposed to, which sounds simple but it makes such a difference. I didn’t have to sit there wondering if they were lost or running late or do that awkward thing where you keep checking your phone and debating whether to call.
The cleaning itself went smoothly and the whole timing thing just made the experience feel easy. I’m giving 4 stars only because the app was a little sluggish when I was trying to check the details, not a huge deal, just slightly annoying in the moment, but the punctuality was definitely solid.

"Easy to book, but I had to double-check a few things"
Booking was straightforward, and I liked that I didn’t have to call anyone to get it done. The site worked fine, and picking a time was quick enough. I’m particular about knowing exactly what I’m paying for though, so some of the prices and options threw me off a bit. I ended up going back to make sure I’d selected the right thing. Overall, it was fine and I’d use it again, but I do think the details could be clearer
